The approachNot only talking, listening to the body
Body psychotherapy can be helpful if you live with constant low mood, panic attacks, irritability, or a body that will not settle. We pay attention to sensation, breath, and the nervous system, and to the way feeling shows up in you. I will not have every answer. What I can offer is to be there with you in joy, and in grief.
Somatic therapy is not about making you feel everything, or making you feel nothing. It is about accepting what is already there, a lot of feeling, or none and allowing the parts of you that usually stay hidden to be seen.
